USED PARTS (SWAP) ONLY
- 20×20 Space
- Pre-registration: $40 by mail with check or $42 online with credit card
- Day of show registration is $75 if space is available
- NO T-shirts, literature, new parts or other merchandise can be sold in this section. If you have a mix of new and used things, new part vendor pricing will apply.
- You must reserve enough room to park vehicle in space or move vehicle to free parking area.
- Pre-registered vendors will be guaranteed a space but no specific space will be reserved. You will be parked in the order you come through the gate. Gates open for used parts vendors by 6 am. Vendors must remain at show until closing at 5 pm. If this is a problem, other arrangements must be made in advance and your space will have to be close to an exit.
- Used parts vendors receive 1 gate pass. Additional passes may be purchased for $10.
- Used Parts Vendors Can Set Up Both Saturday and Sunday
NEW PARTS OUTSIDE, TOY, Other VW-related VENDORS
- 30’x 30’ space
- Pre-registration: $160 by mail with check or $160 online with credit card
- You must be able to fit into this space without tent lines, trailer hitches or anything else encroaching into adjacent space.
- Spaces are limited and will be assigned on a first-come basis. We will try to accommodate wishes but cannot guarantee same location as previous years.
- Vendors can sell new parts, used parts, toys, T-shirts, hats, literature & anything VW.
- NO FOOD or DRINKS CAN BE SOLD.
- NEW PARTS INSIDE, TOY, Other VW-related VENDORS
- Inside air conditioned spaces are available in the Dan Cannon Auditorium and are 20 wide x 20 deep.
- New Parts Vendors are asked to set up on Saturday ASAP.
- If you can’t set up Saturday, your spot may be moved to make sure you will not impede show car entries & spectators on Sunday.
- NO FOOD or DRINKS CAN BE SOLD.
- All vendors must be in place by 9 am on Sunday.
- If you set up Sunday you will also be responsible for finding your spot & maneuvering to your location since all volunteers will be busy registering & parking cars & swap vendors.
- Vendors must remain at show until closing.
- New Parts Vendors receive 2 gate passes. Additional gate passes are $10.
CAR FOR SALE AREA – VOLKSWAGENS ONLY
- Pre-registration: $40 by mail with check or $40 online with credit card
- Day of Show Registration (if available) is $50
- FOR SALE AREA INCLUDES 1 GATE ADMISSION SATURDAY AND SUNDAY. ADDITIONAL PASSES ARE $10 PER DAY OR $15 FOR BOTH DAYS
- FOR SALE CAR’s Both Saturday and Sunday.
